In the Dining Room Executive Chef Jagatram and Indian Chef Dina provide an and versatile multi cuisine & local menu. Our Chefs always strive to provide you high standard of food from a constantly changing buffet menus.
Much of the fresh produce and salad comes straight from the farms.The exquisitely decorated "Banjar" dinning room features hand painted Tiger paintings & photographs of Shikar days. Outside is the walled Choupal (Meeting place) which outdoor dining experience with a bon fire in winters.
